From the AM notes:

Losers bring problems without any thoughts about solutions.

They spend most of their energy getting someone else to do their job. They never accept responsibility for problems but are quick to share in the credit for success.

They are timid with their ideas and stingy imparting their knowledge to others. They cover their ass but never put their ass on the line. They say “yes” to anyone in authority (notably clients) without any thought on how it will affect the Agency overall…

The AM notes suck man. Especially for a fine sieve like me - the Good Stuff's taking its time!

Somehow, I don't think Mr Ang is concerned for our learning. I don't think he's incompetent, but I get vibes of inconfidence. Perhaps this year has been a year out of focus. Double whammy. Reflect later, revise first...
